Isn't wasting your life in WoW and intelligence mutually exclusive?
loser
I guess it can be a hobby but I still think it is overboard. It's not about the amount of money, it's about the massively excessive amount of hours they probably put in to playing.Parker wrote:

but that doesnt mean that it cant be a hobby for someone.
i have weird ass hobbies that i spend way more than $5000 a year on.
just cause you think its gay, doesnt mean its not an enjoyable pastime for someone else.

collecting stamps helps you get some
racing cars def gets you a lot
sitting at a computer with 1500 hours and a 70 orc shaman in black temple pwning noob bats will keep you a virgin, forever.
i played for awhile. and all i can say is it fucking sucks because once you get to 60 and spend hundreds of hours getting the best shit they make it so ou can get to 70 , and then all your shit is garbage and you have to get to 70 and start over again, and now you have to get to 80 and do it all over again, it will never end.

When I showed this to my mate we both had the same question - where does he get the money?
And everyone has their own quirky hobbies. I collect Transformers. Every month I'll spend $80 - $100 on pieces of plastic that shift from something vaguely jet/car shaped to something vaguely humanoid. I have a friend that has this wierd need to attach lights (which he calls 'neons') to everything - this room. his computer, the dashboard in his car. I mean we don't take it to the Xtreem (intentional there) like this fellah, but still... although I suppose you might say that theres something off in trying to convert a multiplayer experience into a singleplayer game...

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP
Admit it, you guys wish you could be as rich as him and have that many pc's and be able to pay that monthly fee.
Is any hobby, you know... useful?DesertFox- wrote:

Most aren't.
This is just a hobby.
And he's rich.
Bastard.
Doesn't he essentially control every character with one set of movements, like they are hive mind creatures or something? The buggers from Ender's Game, that is.
If we design a video game that attracts millions of nerds to pay an outrageous monthly fee, we could become rich enough to do that, although because we have some sense we'd buy things that attract women instead of repel them=NHB=Shadow wrote:

Meh it's all about the skillz, if he can handle more than one computer and simultaneously play effectively on all computers, then yes I would player-hate. Like I said before, I want to see how he plays.=NHB=Shadow wrote:
