Another update which you wouldn't know about. One of the reasons I got out of the house there and then (7/8 weeks after splitting up) was my 'other' Daughter (we don't like using the phrase STEP) was due to give birth and did 2 weeks ago today. I love the Girl to bits, met her 9 years ago and brought her up as my own. Along with her Mum she made a huge mistake and ended up pregger's at the age of 15, the kid could of gone to just about any UNI she wanted. Anyway, whats done is done.

Now I don't want to break her heart as she hasn't done anything to Me and as I said I love her but I'm not comfy with being called 'Grampy', if I was still at the house, still at with her Mum ok, but I'm not. Im leading my new life now. Her real Dad hasn't had much imput in the kids lives since he left 10 years ago but hopefully now I am out the way he can get back in her life.

So I'm kind of like a Grampy but not, we'll have to see how that chapter plays out.

Unluckz man, just keep yer head high, and from what you've said it seems that you're dealing with it in a mature dignified fashion. Just try and limit any hurt for the kids 'cause I can tell you 1st hand, when your folks break up it can impact on the children greatly, I'm still a mess and my parents broke up 5 years ago. lol im not old im only 33 and a very young 33 at that I'll kindly remind you.

I took the kids bowling on Sunday and during the night my knee started hurting, was in the hosp 1st thing Monday morning strapped up etc, it was fine a few hours later, do you know whats its down to.........Old Age. The cheeky fucker, I nearly slammed the bastard. If I could of stood up I would of.

Gym. Do it! It'll work wonders on knees. Bowling is plenty easier after just a few weeks of training them torso-poles. I just came from the gym after a tiny set of leg training and some swimming and I'm dead tired. Got to do more exerciseng so I'll be a fit charmer when we meet next spring <3
