income not
net worth, which is what I believe you are getting at. Those houses only matter if he is getting an
income off of them. If he is receiving an
income from those houses, then it is reported as
income and would be reflected in the $405,409 reported above.
So, what I said not only didn't avoid the question, it addressed it directly.
