There's a quite a few shops on that road that sell them. There's lots of Cafe's that also just sell it. There's some that do both.
Yeah, it's that one. Type in "Edgware road, London" on google maps to see yourself where it is, and where the train station is. Most of the Shisha stuff is on the road to the North of the tube station
