I'm surprised no one posted this yet, if they have take this thread down.

Ignore Cafferty, but the interview footage is pretty blaring. Let's vote that into office!

Okay, now I'd like to hear some people spinning her ignorance. GO!

That was like listening to Miss Teen South Carolina give that speech about "the Iraq." I seriously just stared at the screen trying to decrypt that message.

Also, if there is ever a revolution in the US by the middle class against the bourgeois, I wouldn't be surprised to see Cafferty and Dobbs spearheading the assault on the white house

Ive been waiting for someone else to do it.  I wanna read some replies.

if seeing russia from alaska cements her foreign policy credentials, then, like some dude I heard say on one of the pundit shows, "I can see the moon from my backyard, does that make me an astrophysicist?"

I'm sure there are specific examples of McCain doing that. But damn, she doesn't know her own running mate at all!

Oh, and I'm a general cause I drive past the Pentagon every time I go to California Pizza Kitchen. And I have experience with the military cause I shoot the shit with soldiers on the subway.

Go ahead and vote for McCain America... just don't go scratching your head in a few years time wondering why your country has disappeared down the toilet at the hands of another simpleton.

She is on the ticket purely for decoration.

This isn't the experience card persay, this is more of a revelation of her blatant, raw ignorance.

i'll give you that.
so would it be off topic to ask for an answer assuming his camp loves to play the experience card?

Why would you deduct that from this video? This is not about experience - which I'm sure both lack equally - this is about Palin being completely out of this game. I mean not only does she lack a perspective and obviously an opinion, she also doesn't have the essential bail-out skills that every modern politician uses to get out of situations like this - like when they don't know what to say about something really basic and important kind of thing.

To be honest, the question wasn't at all hard. If anyone has been keeping up with the news for the past week would have been able to give a coherent answer of some sort.

She's simply way out of her league at this point. She may have been able to harvest the votes of a town of a meager thousands and a state of a similar stature (in respect to the lower 48), but here, she's gotta step up her game if there even is one.

It's a scary prospect though that people are even considering putting her into the position as "Back-Up President."

To be honest, this is a malevolent question - in the sense that the reporter is making it seem like the Reps don't give a damn about the average joe and instead they jump right in to save big companies etc.

But anyone running for VP - that uber-cunt Cheney for example - would have shredded that girl to pieces. Palin sadly seems to have no opinion on the matter. It's like she was told within 5 minutes: this is who we are, we're for tax cuts for big corporations, more jobs blah blah - and from that point on she is just trying to somehow say something that will go along these lines. No matter if it's completely irrelevant or not!

CNN "fair and balanced"

Her answer didn't make any sense at all but then again neither did the question she was asked.

I imagine she's going to just break down and start crying at some point.

I put my money on a screaming-shooting-bawling Sarah Palin. Women like that don't cry, they terrify.

Has she ever heard of fullstops? She is a confidence-free imbecile and a politician par excellence: full of nonsense bullshit rhetoric she doesn't even understand herself. GG.

I'm no politician but the question seemed pretty clear to me... Basically why not put the $700,000,000,000 into programs that help middle class families directly rather than giving it to the companies who's careless activities caused the financial crisis in the first place? Palin just panics and goes off into a tangential rant, naming as many important-sounding things as she can think of.

Also, I'm no defender of CNN but to be fair Blitzer does play devil's advocate at the end of that clip and tries to explain what was going on with her answer.

I got an idea because I agree with you Braddock. Let the people of America have the money back and not the big companies.

So lets do this, I get back ALL of my tax dollars that paid, for the past, lets say 5 years, the rich get ALL of their tax dollars back and the poor get ALL of their tax dollars backs. Does this sound fair enough to you?
