And Xavi? He is so much better than both Fabregas and Gerrard. Best midfielder in the world right now, tbh.

Really? you rate him as one of the five top players in the world at the minute? how many Chelski finals did they lose last season? he'd be hard pushed to get in the top 5 keepers let alone all players; I can't agree with that opinion, Terry would be a tight squeeze 'n' all oul Quinn is a legend though!KILLSWITCH wrote:

I wanted to put a defender and a goalkeeper in the top five, it's a bit unfair going for all of the flair players. I like John Terry, he's a good solid old-fashioned type centre back and a fantastic leader. I think it's harsh to blame the goalkeeper on Chelsea's habit of losing finals, even if they do boil down to penalties. I watch Chelsea regularly and Cech pulls off some tremendous saves, is brave (see his nifty headgear) and works well with his defence.IG-Calibre wrote:

Quinny is a Sunderland legend though. One of our finest players, and now a fine chairman.

Aren't I right in thinking that Cech has the premier league record for most consecutive clean sheets?

I just had a look-see and it's Cech with 1,025 minutes without conceding a goal.IG-Calibre wrote:

Aye - several seasons ago though (04-05) Jesus yer as bad as Alpha , the world of football has moved on!! I stick by what I said - he would be hard pushed to make the list of top 5 Goalies let alone top players now - tbh I think he has fear since that horrific injury to his head, he just isn't as committed as he once was, not his fault like, but, a hole in your fucking head would slow you down just a bit!!KILLSWITCH wrote:

He's still top class man. I'll place a karma bet with ya, I'll bet Cech gets the most premier league clean sheets this season.
If I win you give me a week's karma, if you do I'll give you a week's karma.
Edit: Shit i forgot about trackr, make it a pat on the back.

Somewhere, something incredible is waiting to be known.
I was watching football a few weeks ago, and Gerrard scored a goal, (quite a nice goal, actually) but, I heard the commentator say:KingCheese wrote:
As a Manchester United fan, thus a Scouse hater, even I cannot agree. Stevie G could never be over rated, because such superlatives don't exist. He is a fucking dynamo on the pitch, and 99.9% of the time if Liverpool need that spark of magic from him, he gives it to them.Dookie0119 wrote:
All i know is that Steven Gerrard is the most fucking over-rated footballer ever.
"WHAT A GOAL ONLY STEVEN GERRARD CAN DO THAT"
But no, not only Gerrard can do that.
Edit: I'm also a Man U fan
