I'm uninstalling programs to clear some room and what do I see

Why is HL2:2 so huge? The game itself isn't that long and compared to my other games this thing is just too big

That is lying. You're better off removing it via Steam('delete local content' or something), because a lot of that will be shared Source engine content and for all i know it might remove something that another game needs. But it's unlikely.

Even if it is all the shared content it still seems pretty massive.

Talk to Freezer, that uninstall program talks shit. He has BF2 on about 6 computers, and they all register it at a different size. It said on mine that Fraps (not including the videos I've recorded) was 25GB.

..But are you sure that's not all your Steam (Well nearly all) games with a wrong name?

Steam on my list is shown to be 20 GB.

I deleted it and it sent me over to steam to delete it, i removed the program and now i have around 17 gb free space. I had around 4 and then i uninstalled bioshock and this so i think it was lying

Well occording to that program the Bf2 Editor is 6 gigs big. Its not, it just shares BF2 files so claims its that big.

Steam games are all seen as your steam folder size in Add remove programs.

I think even audiosurf does.
