Ask any average Muslim and you will hear the exact same thing. They couldn't give two shits whether or not we call our holidays Christmas and Easter holidays.
The problem in this example is not with Islam, but with the stupid fucking officials at the college who think they need to implement something like this. Blame them. But of course the Daily Mail puts its spin on it ... again, and the Muslims get blamed ... again.

They haven't removed the holiday. The name for the holidays have been changed from a single college calendar that nobody has ever heard of before. Nothing in this says it has anything to do with Islam at all other than people's speculation and it certainly dosn't show that any Muslims wanted this change or give a shit about it. Also, I live in a country where its core values were derived from Christian beliefs and morality so I am very comfortable with "the norm" I accept it, and I agree with it, yet I am not religious.

Agreed, I personally love the Christmas decorations. I'm usually the kind of guy to sneer or even feel a bit down cause of the holiday season (holiday depression or whatever they call it, only not clinically depressed) but I like the decorations.
