That looks like Oki, the grass is too green for Pendleton. Also there is a lack of POVs.

Lowing, military recruiters at a school is something I don't think I want to see. At college campuses maybe, because at that age I'm sure those asked for duty are able to weigh up the options so much better, than a high school student still under 18 years old.lowing wrote:

And lets not forget, this is also about keeping GUNS out of schools.
You think that guns on schools is, okay? Gimme a break.Although law enforcement, security guards and others who require weapons for work are exempt from the measure, current handgun owners would have to surrender their firearms by April.
And if the Govt. is funding schools on the condition that Military Recruiters can be on those grounds, than you've got something seriously wrong with your Govt.

Not every one goes to college after HS, the military is an option that could be explored by people looking for choices, so recruitment at the school is not only logical by reasonable.TheAussieReaper wrote:

Cunts, and they realised so. Got a full apology, heard the hotel manager on BBC2 kissing ass. Blamed it on the work experience staff. wankers.
Although I have had family killed and have had family kill British solders I welcome the RIR parade through Belfast next week. PPL doing a job. Will be entertaining. have the crowd spent their entire lives trying to kill them when they operated in NI and the other half worshiped them as protectors.
I will be on the fence saying job well done. Pity you work for a pile of manipulating fucks.

After high school you idiot. Not during. That's my point. Why can't they be recruited after the graduation ceremony? Is the military that desperate for troops it has to wander around schools looking for people to sign up?lowing wrote:

They aren't even old enough to sign a legally binding document, you realise?
Maybe you should ask a liberal of SF. I'm not going to hound them over it.lowing wrote:

Hmmmmmm, it is called getting prepared I think....Or by your logic why doesn't a HS student look at colleges AFTER he graduated HS instead of while they are still in HS. Please don't call me an idiot in the same sentence you post stuff like this.TheAussieReaper wrote:

I see, I will take that response as the response I would expect from a person who knows the answer and just does not want to admit it.
How about you Spearhead? You were pretty vocal in thisthread, you wanna answer thequestion and understand why I made this a liberal thread?

Isn’t it like a mental disorder when you peer into mind of some people and companies that actually treat our (solders of the world) like this. God’s speed to Corporal Tomos Stringer and all men and women wearing the uniform of all counties fighting the evil that lurks in our presents.

Obviously SF liberals hate America.
I'm not a far left liberal, but I do side more with the left than right. I also live quite close to San Francisco, have family/friends from San Francisco, and I actually lived in SF for a short period of time.lowing wrote:

With that said, I'll honestly give you my opinion about the story. The receptionist was in the wrong, there was no bounds to refuse the soldier service. It is an absolute wrong by the receptionist. As for the hotel policy in question, the story did not give details to why this policy was erected. So I can't comment on whether or not the hotel policy is wrong or right.
Now, I will give my honest opinion about your thread. For one, it's complete horse shit. As I mentioned before the story has nothing to do with liberals or conservatives. You may very well see the world as black/white, ie: making ignorant generalizaitons like:liberals HATE soldiers. That is absolutely NOT the fucking case. I have the utmost respect for men and women of service regardless of their political or religious views and I'm a liberal. "HOLY SHIT that can't be possible! Especially coming from one of them tree-hugging, rainbow stroking hippies from San Francisco!" It is possible and I'm positive many of my fellow residents of the San Francisco Bay Area will feel similar about my story, and your ignorant thread.
Just answer the question, what would SF liberals think of the OP story? Honestly!!. Then you will know why this was made a liberal issue. I think you know the answer as well, which why you and Aussie have pretty much shut up about it after a lengthy 3 page lowing bashing session.Spearhead wrote:

Have you ever been to SF?
Seriously, stop fucking baiting for a response. Everyone thinks the OP guy is an asshole, it's about as debatable as the sky is blue.
And as for your 'support the military' statement: your ideas are far too simplistic. One can support the troops and NOT want recruiters in high school for the simple reason that many high school kids aren't mature enough to make that decision.

why don't you ask a fucking SF liberal? I'd get the answer for you but my liberal wrist communicator is malfunctioning so I can't access national liberal communication network. I'd guess that some of them would agree with the hotel's policy, some would disagree?lowing wrote:

Where's USmarine criticizing lowings labels? Oh wait, he only applies rules to people he disagrees with. Whats that phrase again......
Actualyl you could answer the question simply by knowing SF liberal minded tendencies and voting practices, like the ones I posted.Reciprocity wrote:

still avoiding answering the question I see, just like the rest of you libs. Except the one guy wh oadmitted he was not far from center, so anything he said after that pretty much didn't mean much since I was talking about LIBERALS in SF.Spearhead wrote:

They are not recruiting 14 year olds Spark, they talk to seniors who are graduating and looking for options.Spark wrote:

well then, haven't you answered your own fucking question? I don't personally know an SF liberal. Do you personally know any of these cocksucking, junkie conservatives we all hear so much about?lowing wrote:

Don't fucking pretend you know what it's like in San Francisco. I'm fucking FROM there! How do YOU support the men and women of military? I had recruiters in my High School. They were not incredibly intrusive and bugging students. If there were there as an information resource for kids if they were interested in the military way of life, the option is there, and that is good. I can fucking assure you that the extremist left population around here is not that prominent. I attend one of the most fucking liberal Universities in California and I can tell you the liberal presence is strong, but not overwhelming. You see, we here in California believe in free-thinking and common sense. We don't take whatever some liberal politician and claim it as truth. We like to assess the situations and that take whatever we find relevant to heart.lowing wrote:

Again, your thread is irrelevant in terms "debating" politics. Stop trying to spin it in a way so it's a thread to bash liberals.
yet again all of these answers and not one of the will say yeah a liberal of the extremes in SF would not give a shit about this soldier or NO they would find it disgusting.
This avoidance actually says alot about what your opinions and answer would be, if of course, you would answer the question.
anyway folks, now you know why this is a liberal thread.

I used all my psychic powers to enter the etherial plane of liberal consciousness. I found a liberal living in San Francisco, and he did confirm, speaking as their representative, that all SF liberals do, in fact, hate all American service people, and America in general.
The process has drained me.
