Whats up,

I have a dedicated server now for one month, but i got an idea.
I would like to ban people not with bf2cc but with the Dedicted server.
Why?
Because if I ban you with my dedicated you cant see my servers anymore in the server list.

But does someone has any "clue" how to do that?

the person that awnsers me gets +1* on me.

get your rcon info from your hoster and

rcon login password

<Player Name> Is a server admin

rcon exec admin.banplayer [id]

<Player name> has been kicked from the server

to find out each players id

You need to set an rcon password. Once you do that, press "`" to open up the console.
Type:

Code:

rcon login insertpasswordhere

ENTER

Code:

rcon exec admin.listPlayers

ENTER

Code:

rcon exec admin.banplayer insertplayerIDhere

shouldnt you be thinking first of having it populated ?

Thats only for a specific brand of server hosters, they also do the same login info for bf2cc.

Hi nick,

They could still see the server in the serverbrowser, as you report your server to it. Then the client asks the serverbrowser for the list with available servers.

You could try using IPWallmaster, there's an article about that in our Knowledgebase.
