My current town/high school has about 100 (in my grade - Junior), if not more. There's also a Synagogue around here that I used to go to, but still.
As a percentage of the population NY is the clear leader. Still, overall not very relevant. Hispanics and seniors are the obvious targets in Fl.Poseidon wrote:

There is a lot of votes to be found in the city. Enough to push the state.
