I'm not sure how many of you actually use screen savers but I thought this was neat.

Feeding our fascination for typography and clocks at the same time is Word Clock by Simon Heys, a screen saver that shows you the time of day in your favorite typeface. Take your pick of rotary or linear mode, and choose your language, too, and the timepiece spells it all out for you in grand style.

It’s a free download for Windows, for Mac OS X or iPhone, or you can just admire the clock’s coolness on Simon’s website. Don’t start thinking it’s going to be saving any screens, though — if you’re using this on a plasma or CRT display, the Word Clock’s image might stick around for a while

when the screensaver was about to come on it wanted me to select an option but i obviously cant move my mouse or press enter or it will turn off, screensaver paradox and im not going to deal with it right now

when i go to settings a window pops up saying where is the debugger or host application running, localhost or other machine, either selection i make just pops the window back up. If I press cancel it goes to the settings but i says i couldnt connect to a debugger

Fine for me, XP SP3. I had to download the flash player though.

I don't normally use screensavers. When I get off my computer, I'm either grabbing a snack or doing some chore that is so quick there wouldn't be time for the SS to pop up anyways. If not that, I'm off doing something where I'll be gone so long I'll either turn the monitor off or shut it down.

But yeah, this is cool.
