Also, it may be to do with the servers you join as to whether you get your unlocks.
Either way, once the maintenance is completed it will most likely work fine.

Well i can play all my games, but with tf2 i cannot get achievements because it says i need to log in to steam, but im already logged in and all my unlocks are gone because it says i need to log in but i see other people who get unlocks just fine.
