That is funny as hell. Its sound to me that this guy is a PS3 fan boy through and through. I probably won't be buying FF13 anyways I don't play too many RPGs anymore.
But about the pirating part. Its extremely hard to pirate games on the 360 now. Most of the DVD drive firmware has been detected in various ways by m$ so they get their box banned. Even if the person got their box banned its still possible to play games but they will not receive any updates and such for their box along with voiding their warranty Its generally not work "modding" your box to pirate games.

And as I remember, 2008 is "the year of the PS3" according to G4. Those sales figures exist because the 360 WAS the better console, not to mention it's been out much longer.
