Nobody in Japan has a 360, the PS3 is the dominant console out there. There wouldn't be much point putting both a PS3 and a 360 game out to compete because you'd have 1000's of FF 360 games on the shelves.

Yea, but for those who don't have neither of the consoles. And want to play FF(alot of them in Japan) will surely go and buy a 360 rather than a PS3, because it's cheaper.

On a side note, they really are making these games more and more shitty. Wtf is with this whole future path they are going down. Ive had a fucking nuff with guns in FF games. Futuristic FF are the worst FF games.

FFX is my favorite, I just beat it again recently. I dont really have a problem with "future FF's," thats why there arent many "sequels" to FF games. I wouldnt mind playing a FF game were you could upgrade guns and one of the characters be a mech warrior or something, that shit would be fun as hell

For the record the only FF game i've ever played was the beginning of FF7. I thought it was so crap i've never played one since. From what i've seen of the others just reinforces what I already think. Not interested at all in the games.

So for me FF = who cares. Along with quite a big list of AAA titles actually. I'm quite picky when it comes to games lol.

Remember that the trailer is Japanese, the number of badly phrased words in translation is incredible.

Im not sure if that is badly translated as "Exclusive to PS3 in Japan" or "only available to the PS3 in Japan".

And I really wish I had a time machine to go back to December '07 so I could stop my old self from selling my 360
this is the one thing I don't like about consoles this gen, it's that they're too chaotic. If you're gonna have multiple systems with the same game it'd be nice to be able to play cross-platform but nooo...

You need both platforms tbh. Otherwise you can't get all the games.

like with Rock Band 2. Why the fuck is it coming out 3 months earlier for 360? Oh, right, cause MS did Harmonix some favors.

On PCs you don't get shit like "Oh, well, Battlefield Over 9000 is coming out in March for PCs with 2 year or younger GFX cards, and in May for PCs with older GFX cards."

If it wasn't for Rock Band 2's setlist (and they could have had way more epic choices for the Megadeth and Metallica songs) I would tell Harmonix in a kindly written note to burn in hell
