It doesn't appear that this is a Red Planet version of the Racetrack Playa.

Now, compared the The Racetrack Playa, this surface doesn't appear anything like the smooth, flat dry lake bed that, during summer thunder storms become slick as snot, and in following wind storm moves large boulder around the surface, erm...or what they show here;
Whilst Mars may have water, and it does have wind, the conditions simply do not exist at this time for The Racetrack Playa to be an explanation.
This is obviously smoking gun footage of a Vastitas Borealis Gastropodor, or a species of Spriggina, or Parvancorina.
