On a similar note, did you ever chew gum after a recent trip to the dentist? It's terrible,! The gum sticks to your teeth so much and you get bits stuck in there that they don't find until your next dentist visit.

lol you guys have shitty mouths or something, because when I wake up in the morning I feel a BIT of stuff on the teeth. Maybe you should use this thing called Listerine Tooth Defense at night.

My brushing schedule =
In the morning after breakfast
At night before bed
Before any sort of important thing

Using a good electric brush + toothpaste + a strong mouthwash like Tooth Defense = clean teeth.

- Clean after breakfast
- Clean after main meal of the day
- At night, last thing I do before I go to bed

At night it is a bit different though. I'll do my normal thorough brush (which usually takes about 4-5 minutes) but then I use disclosing tablets which show up any plaque I have missed. (I have braces so there are lots of places where I don't notice that I don't get - the plaque shows up purple with these tablets). After that, I'll use a fluoride-enhanced strong mouthwash.

All in all the thing is quite time consuming but I have a new way of brushing instead of my normal put brush in, turn it on and just swirl. Usually takes about 8-9 minutes from start to finish at night. I spend a bit of time on solely my gums though, so that can take a while.

Teeth = good

And I envy you kyle, back when I had braces we didn't have any fancy tablets. It was a scam. "Yeah, just brush your teeth." Two years later: "YOU NEED A DEEP CLEANIN' BOY!"

I wonder how many dentists actually floss every single fucking time. And damn kyle, 9 minutes?

I didn't get them with my braces - I got them myself from a chemist. I said "main meal" which is usually dinner time (6-7PM). Yeah, I do spend quite a bit of time on them Kinda necessary at the minute, can't risk having my braces taken off prematurely now that they are on.
