I still have a Windows box for gaming but, I do all my day-to-day on my Linux box and for me, it is just sooo much better then Windows.

Rocketdock and Launchy for app launching, and Yahoo Widget engine for other random crap.
In the Taskbar: Wifi, MediaMonkey, Dropbox, MSN, Steam, XFire, Volume, Clock.
