'Here here' to that.

That's something I've not understood for a long time - it makes economic, as well as environmental, sense to do so.
Starting to happen.  I work form home 2-3 times a week if i am not working away from home and its also part of a wider change process within the public sector specially goverment.  They were promoting it last time i was in DEFRA and DWP.

It would take some massive change that people are afraid of I guess.  After the initial round of issues, it seems to be fairly positive for both the employee and employer.

Well, you could argue that home should be a stress-free environment and you shouldn't 'bring work home with you'. Then again, I'd like to hope people enjoy their job as a whole .... (fyi i'm pro-work at home)

No.  Speed limits are just that.  Limits.  Maximums in desirable conditions.  You should be going slower in rain, or other adverse conditions.  You should be going slower if you feel it's required.  As a rule, though, try to avoid going more than 10-20k under, or you'll become a hazard.
Understandable in poor conditions of course, but in standard conditions there is no excuse for going under the speed limit. You are holding up other drivers, and from there I could just go into a raft of reasons as to why that's bad for fuel.
Wrong.  If you're that concerned about being held up, too bad.
I dare you to go 60mph in California. If you are not going at least 75 mph you are considered a roadblock. There is a good chance that people will run you off the road or even a cop that might even pull you over.

Not knowing the speed limit, i can't comment.  Having said that, if it's a 75mph zone I wouldn't be going at 60mph.
