ok this is something really anoying for me since day one, is abouth the medics, engineers and support guys, everytime you need a medic/suppor/engineer you have to chase them for half of the map  calling for first aid/repairs/ammo and most of the times this end in your dead, but when you are playing with one of those kits how is possible that YOU have to chace the people again to GIVE THEM first aid/repairs/ammo? and they don't stop instead some of then tk you
this is one example of what i'm talking abouth, today i was playing as sniper, then i ran out of ammo, and i saw this support guy and i said I NEED AMMO, this guy just turned around and started to run then i went after him and he stop and i asked him again I NEED AMMO, the he saw me and tk me, later on in the same map i was wounded so i asked i need a medic, and none of the 4 medic near me gave me a medic pack, then i saw a med pack far away i went for it just to get killeb by an enemy tank.
next round i started playing as medic and tryimg to get expert heal badge, what happened? everyone that i was trying to heal was running away from me and i asked myself wtf is wrong here? i had to work my ass off to get 19 heals points.
does this sounds familiar to you?

Yeah this sounds VERY familiar. When i need first aid and there s a medic who doesnt see me (DAMN 1. you can hear me 2. you can see the first aid symbol on the radar) I will shoot him once with a pistol. YOu wont get teamdamage. You will get his attention and he will drop first aid.....even if he just wants to heal himself .

LOL no shit.  What's worse is when it is your squadmates.  I don't know how many times I've said over VOIP "Hey **, I got some health for you"  only to see them run away from me and get killed!  Then I gotta go revive the fucker.

i always give health and ammo and repairs to those who ask.   but EVERYTIME, well maybe 95% of the time. When i NEED AMMO OR HEALTH OR REPAIRS, im ignored.     SO i now believe in the pistol ways mentioned above.   but ill deepen it.   ill ask 1 time, if igrnored, 1 shot from pistol, ask 2 times, ignored, 2 shots.  Until TK.  ill prolly be seeing my TK go up. but hey,if your goin to play a kit. DO YOUR FUCKING JOB

Yeah I feel you man. When I need health I ask for it and look at the map to locate where the medics are. If there are any near I will run toward them and hope they do their job, sometimes they don't and ignore you. Very annoying.
I agree it sucks when one of your team asks for aid and they run away from you and you end up chasing after them. Look at the mini map! Maybe you'll see a medic is behind you chasing after you try to provide you with aid!! The same goes for ammo and repairs. Why this happens I don't know. Maybe they purposely do this to annoy you?

Edit: They should have a response comma rose that says, "Medic, Right here!" and "Stop I'm behind you, you idiot!" Replace the respective words if your support or engineer class.

That would actually be a good idea.

Some people are so engrossed in the fight they don't even notice they have really low health . Even when you tell them over voice ops they don't even notice YOU are talking to THEM ! That's because people are stupid . As for asking for ammo and the guys turns and TK's you - perhaps it was the redname tag bug who knows . If you are a medic and you are trying to revive people toss bags in front of them so they can see them . If your a sniper calling for ammo and most everyone is is really far away from you , your fucked . Just kill yourself and respwn with ammo .

This is really stupid . All you have to do is stand next to support guy and you will snag ammo from him . Even when he is in a tank or some other vehicle . Same gors for medic and Engineer . So don't TK , your just reducing the teams effeort . NoOb - read your BF2 manual .

well i know what are you saying man after playing this game for almost a year.   you need health and ammo and the closest dude with all these things is in the other side of the map.. worse, they run away from you .

just remember one thing: there are more smacktards in this game than soldiers.. " Your greatest enemy in this game is not a weapon, someones skill , or a vehicle..... its another players stupidity"

the way i see it since i play exclusively spec ops.....tell the commander to bring a supply drop near you.. you may get healing and ammo slower like that. at lease you make the supplies and ammo come to you rather than go on a goose chase for help.

OK. Good and "Smart" players will always help. There are alot of players who play support/medic just because of a gun. But sometimes you just cannot hear "I need a Medic!" because of the commander spam etc. Usually I just run with my medicpacks and spam them around. But... what I am trying to say is it's not always too easy to help. Sure people who just stand near and won't help are some kind of "dumb". But people who ask for help and than run away aren't better.

unless they are in a vehicle, in which case you can just stand by the vehicle.

WHat really pisses me off aren't the guys who don't see you and run the opposite direction.  Its the ones you run up to and stand in front of.  Obviously they can see the little bar over your head saying you are low on health/ammo, but they just look at you like "why the fuck are you standing in front of me?"

When I play medic, I always look at my HUD for wounded and I always look at the status of players around me so that I can heal them.

I will always do my best to get ammo or whatever is needed for a particular situation.  I rarely play Special Ops, but if I need to (i.e. blow the bridge on Karkand) because no one else wants to do what needs to be done, I'll spawn as Spec Ops to get the job done.  Same thing with Engineer and the commander's toys.

Crap, points are hard enough to come by.  Ignoring people or not being aware of the IGS is a good way to lose out on points AND you don't exactly help your team out by having tunnel vision or by living in a vacuum.

I love it when u get wonded and your laying there calling for a medic. there is 8 medic symbols within 10ft of u and not one of them does anything.

Dang.  Last night I was a squadleader on Warlord.  I had 3 other people in my squad, 2 were medics.  I had just killed 2 people guarding a flag and then died to a third.  They arrived at the flag and took out the remaining guy.  I lay there wounded calling for a medic.  Both of them did nothing.  Well, that's not totally correct, one came over and tossed a med pack on me (not gunna do anything when you are dead).  Thank you for being a moron medic.

same with supply i was standing next to a support kit and he would not give up the ammo...so the next kit that was killed was another support so i took his kit tossed out all the resupllies i could and picked up my kit again...this happens alot, i do the same if i kill a medic kit...and to give others supply or meds you have all but hit them in head with it....

Well ... I think will be usefull to have a a command tha say "STOP" to your teammate. Very usefull when the run away from you and you want to heal him, but even usefull when you see mines/C4/claymores and your teammates run into it.
And to force a player to play for the team... i think the only metod is smashing his computer with an axe and tell to him: "now you can call an engeneer!"

Indeed, if you call for repairs, look for me. I am the picture of the Wrench on the HUD. It is not a hostile marker. Drive towards me, I will help you. If you are driving a flaming tank around, look for me. I am here to help.
