well 2 things
1)half your ideas would take way to much work for ea/dice for example destructable building, alhtough they would be fun it just isnt a very good idea
2)sheep, wether or not it is serious there are to many posts about that
3)32 player single player maps arent gonna happen because they would rather be spending their time fixing the redname bug instead of programing possible paths for 31 bots (thats a shitload of work btw)
now for some ideas
1)i agree with single player unlocks but instead of unlocking them i think u should always have them so you can test them out before you unlock them
2)fix those god damn bugs lol, although they cant get them all there are a few that shouldnt be hard
3)the swedish guy, i like ur idea for a map with trees and all and hills. i think that would be wonderfull especially for claymores. also to add onto that idea i think they should put wide open gaps for snipers so they can take them down as they cross an open field
4)be capeable of throwing medic/ammo bags
5)is it jsut me or are anyother of u guys having serious problems with the recharging of the shock paddles for medic, fix that
6)i like the droping ideas for commander although you cannot do tank drops(2 reasons 1, to heavy 2, way to cheap) you should be able to drop like atvs or something small like that that cud be held up by a parachute. also the commander should beable to smokescreen a whole damn town (like wake sized towns) that would be nice
7)someone else should have claymores sides sniper, like make a miner character that can run around laying mines of all sorts including c4 but will only have a weak uzi or something like taht that is handheld (submachine gun)

Teamwork, if you don't join a squad and stick with the squad, you get an automatic kick/ban.
3 way army map, that'd be awesome, obviously the map would have to be huge.

1. A kit count would be nice. So there could only be x amount of snipers, x amount of medics and so fourth. I"ve been on to many maps where most of the team are snipers and we are getting owned.
2. Somebody once mentioned in this forum a motor unit. With short range carries limited ammo (HE, Smoke and HEAT)

My three......
Mortars => This is a must. No binocs and no mortars?!?!??!? wtf?
Tanks => Think 73 easting from DC. All ground and huge tank battles.
Grappling hook => take and merge from SF

AT Rockets and TOW that actually fire as they should and actually do not go through their targets.
A game that was clean enough code wise to not constantly have graphical lag and connection issues. (Bugs go hand in hand with this)
VOIP that worked on the team level from the commander and also a vehicle VOIP for those in the vehicle.

Havent read through this all as a lot of the replies were beyond silly
but anyway heres the dumb ideas I'd like
a) a close eyes button. Might sound stupid but it would be great for when you have a stupid dick on your team going for the flash bang award.
b) pistol/gun whips. if your up close then you could hit them over the head and they would be dazed for a few seconds. give you time to get a decent firing position. would also be a great way of giving team killers a bit of punishment without affecting your score.
c) some kind of punishment/auto squad creation for the kind of people who consistantly refuse to join squads, run in to artillery all the time and then start mutinies as if your picking on them. join Squads and hear the warnings!!
d) i agree with kilroy0097. Actually if the commander could send out a warning to all of the team 'i.e. dont go to a specific location just yet' then I guess point c could be solved

Uniforms with ranks on the pouldron area, a snow level, and I think that's it.
Everyone would hate it. It screws up the game, they have it in the XBox version for snipers, and you can't go 45 seconds in a tank without a sniper painting you. It completely fucks up the game for tanks, and makes it boring when you just want to use a tank.ApacheCobra wrote:

Getting an auto loss when you leave a server kinda sucks I'd have my wcr if not for that.
the pistol whip idea is a real good one except you should still get punished if u hit a teammate because im sure there will be peopl eout ehre hitting everyone then.
oh ya and another idea i really liked was the AA gun that cud be held in ur hand to take down those pesky helos

1. Steal the training missions from Joint Operations and make them BF2-i-fied. Gives people to practice in a more controlled enviorment and if made correctly. People might learn a thing or two.
2. Spawn invulnerability for a few seconds or until you fire your weapon which ever one comes first. Something needs to change so you don't spawn in front of a bullet or at the center of artillary.
