Don't know if there's a shortcut. But if you click the Office icon, then click Excel Options, then on the Advanced tab scroll down to "Display options for this worksheet"

hmmm ok just realised the computers in Uni don't have 2007 and seeing as some of you don't know the option to tick for 2007, what is it for 2003?

For 2007 its advanced>display options for worksheet>tick 'show formulas in cells'

I also pressed alt+f4 and it just deleted all my work
