Id say 200-225 is the highest. You'd have to be working your ass off on a high points Karkand though. Why anyone would want to is my question =/.

Nade spamming in karkand 40 or 50 is possible.
I have managed 77 in Karkand IO.
I think 100+ is possible, but it would take a lot of luck getting just the right conditions.

I've done 40 - 50 on inf only a few times, vehicles 100 odd is possible
If you think about it, spamming grenades, as well as having a Medic follow you wherever you go could easy make it over 100. Without a Medic, however, you need very strategic playing, fast reflexes, and perfect aim.

I've had multiple streaks of over 50 back before Infantry Only became popular. Just find a good hiding spot as Commander, and arty away. All those arty kills count towards your streak. The best way is when the water battle forms on Karkand. Just arty like mad!

I've done 70+ a couple of times, typically not on my standard account...on I/O, as Kooda says, very much dependant on opposing/friendly teams, how they work with/against you and ofcourse, luck. In vehicles, anything is possible. 100+ in a J10 isn't hard in the right conditions and on Sharqi, lol 200 seems likely...especially with the usually Cobra sucide squad on top of the TV station.
