Nah. Every time I start a new prestige level, it resets my challenges. I think though, that if it were to save them, I would've completed all of them except the sniper rifle challenges. I pretty much never snipe in CoD.
Got my golden svd. Working towards gold m60 at the moment.
As for the other challenges, I've only got to get invincible (thinks thats 5 health regens in a row) along with shooting a claymore through a wall with deep impact to set of an enemy explosive device and kill a bad guy. No idea how I'm gunna get that last one, other than luck.
Also I think shoot enemy c4, which is really hard cause nobody uses it. lol

I haven't done all of the weapon challenges, and I'm also missing some of the operations ones (those will come with time), but I started a new character, so I probably would have most of those done by now.
Only real challenge I'm missing is the MG Master (5 kill streak on machinegun emplacement). It should be easy, but if there are lots of people on the server, I'll get taken out right away, and if there aren't that many, then I can't get enough kills on it.

the c4 one isnt too tough if you play alot of sabotage. someone always seems to booby trap their base, and since its a spawn spot, you just gotta camp it and kill someone if they walk by their own c4.TheAussieReaper wrote:

I did it before I hit prestige level four I think. It was pure luck. I had a UAV going and could see there was someone on the other side of the wall I was near...so I started shooting at the wall. Apparently I hit his claymore and killed him.steelie34 wrote:

Managed to do that on Bloc, where a guy was sniping from the top of the stairs that overlooks the middle section of the map... From one of the apartments, where you come out of the door under the ledge, I sprayed up through the small wall and hit his clay, killing himsteelie34 wrote:

Done all of the Challenges... have a gold AK and gold Uzi through hours of TDM / Sabo whoring as well .
Don't think I'll ever get the golden SVD or the LMG/Shotgun variants... rarely ever use any of those weapons.

I don't think I'll be going for the other golden weapons though. The only weapon I really like outside of assault and sniper is the MP5.

got them all, lot harder than you'd think on the xbox, no idea how easy they are on the PC havent played that version.

also anyone cage match any golden weapons? i did mine legit but have heard of a lot of people doing it that way, i dont see the point coz i prefer the challenge of doing it to the reward

I did it legitly. It was on Bog and I was at the OpFor spawn, in the front of the building, I went up onto the lip of the big window, and headshotted two guys and moved forwards at the same time, hence I was technically airborne..Heavy_Guns_91 wrote:

im really having a hard time with the challenge of killing someone with their own weapon you took from them. i can't ever seem to find the person again before dying. i suck.
Did that one by accident aswell. I just play and if I get a challenge then great, I don't really care though. There is one on the PS3 where you have to kill the top player on the other team 10 times, I was suprised when I got that tbh..steelie34 wrote:

Easy, get a M16 with either a Red dot or Silencer, C4 perk, UAV Jammer, Deep Impact and proceed to sneak around till you find a sniper.TheAussieReaper wrote:

Plant C4, leave room, shoot C4 through wall.
