And how about recording your matches with demos? It records your view without taking to much space and you can watch it again and again. If you have some good scenes you can record them from the demo with fraps
To record a demo, open console and type:
/record DemoNameHere
It will save your demos in program files/activision/call of duty 4 modern warfare/mods/pam4/demos/
You stop recording by typing in:
/stoprecord
