I have met kids like that. His folks probably buy him new computers and peripherals to keep him in a somewhat sound-proofed room for a few hours. Maybe they have ethical issues concerning medication (ugh, unnatural chemicals!) and prefer to have him burn off energy like that, yelling at a loading screen rather than at them. Believe me, if you have one of these guys (these things are more common in boys) in your house, buying a few keyboards and mice a week is cheap for a few hours of rest...

This video is all over the internet. I'm pretty sure that's Unreal he's playing, as the music at the end sounds alot like the Tokara Forest DM (according to a friend). I can believe it's true because there was a guy in one of my college classes who came close to that, though didn't carry on as long. Dunno if I want to know how loud he'd be in the privacy of his own home, though.
