What did you do.... did you go to play BF2 or 2142
If BF2 than that is normal because when i put in the disk that sometimes happens to me too.
BTW did you use snipping tool for that shot

not shooped, my bf2 game comes up as 2142 in the taskbar.

its just the icon cache, you have both games. thats a windows bug since windows 95, never fixed
But BF2 came first. And BF2142 IS BF2 in disguise.

One day I played Neverwinter Nights. The next day I played BF2. You know what happened? The same thing, but with the creepy eye instead of 2142.
you probably had played bf2142 just before or vise versa happened to me when i played bf2142 before...they run on the same engine
