veteran program still active?

veteran program still active?

I just bought BF2142 and was hoping to get a 2 by my name to show I played BF2

I searched and found other threads but they are over a year old.

Did the vet program thing end thus making it impossible for me to get my VET status?

or am I just not doing somthing right?
