I usually blow dry my hair.. on my head.. but I felt a bit wet "there" after the towel dry.. and damn that felt all warm..

I recommend it tbh.

Tried Aldi's hand-dryers? They're awesome, so powerful they ripple your skin, they blow harder than a Thai hooker.
