What about Karel Roden the actor, he's pretty cool. Also Jan Hammer who did the theme tune for Miami Vice is Czech! Alphonse Mucha was pretty cool, I studied him in Design school and visited his granddaughter's shop in Prague when I went there.

Also, my favourite writer, Franz Kafka, was Czech, although he wrote in German.

Nearly all of my favourite actors and directors are from other European countries like Kim Bodnia and Nicholas Winding Refn from Denmark and Gaspar Noe and Phillipe Nahon from France. Name some good films those guys are in and I'll try and check them out, I love European cinema.

Well, he is definitely Arabic, but not Iraqi. After a quick search, I find out he's Algerian. I don't actually understand everything he says, few words, here and there. Their accent is pretty different.
