Bacons not healthy?
Man, once you own cast iron, you open a whole new world of culinary delights. Problem is there is nothing better than bacon grease to treat the pans for storage or for non-stik.
Tonight I shall bake a one pound fillet on my cast iron skillet, wrapped in bacon of course.
Compared to eggs, bacon isn't that healthy
shame because it kicks ass. Of course, everything in moderation.
IDK if I have cast iron or not, lulz. As for treating pans... when my dad makes steak (especially filet mignon, oh god that stuff is godly) he usually de-glazes the pan with white wine
