there is a thread regarding it somewhere, i searched but couldn't find it.
Any way, this crazy guy paid me to fly to Hawaii to install some copper rain gutters last June, and the place is finally on the market. Wowzers.
It's funny, when you do high end construction work you don't usually see the finished project, so often times you never think about how amazing the place is you are working on.

I just remember getting eaten alive, being hung over and working in short bursts between downpours.
John Williams was a great guy, his project is worthy of a view, and I was honored to have a prominent part in it.

Cool house. I like the exposed ceilings, kitchen, and that roof.

And that's a cool way to incorporate the gutter into the house.

Cool stuff! It's definitely rewarding to see a final project come together. In one of my engineering classes, there was a quote that went along the lines of, "It's amazing to design a project, work on it, and then see all your creativity come to life when you witness the finished product."

Not knocking you ATG, you must be really good at your job to be flown in etc but that really is an ugly house, particularly on the outside.

eye of the beholder my friend. When a guy is offeringh you and you r wife ten days in Hawaii for one days work you don't argue the style.

my dad likes to flip houses on the side and he gets me to do the construction part .... copper gutters would look good on a bunch of homes I've seen but there is no-one here that does that

Green house, natural green patina copper.

But where it is on the island it will stay a redish ocean acid mist color for many years before going blue/ olive green
