It doesnt matter, my board only supports 667mhz, I have Geil 800mhz in (so it runs at 667) but doesnt make that much difference

i was wanting to upgrade to 4 gb just to help with Vista.

would getting 2 of these improve it for me or should i look for 4gb at 667Mhz?

Well, yes the 800mhz ram will just run at 667mhz, and since these are cheaper than any 667mhz ram on OcUK, these are a good option. Won't work on DualChannel though, and that's a miss.
