If yes (and you want to share), what is the nature of the disability?

Edit: To clarify, immediate family is parent, sibling, child, or spouse.

I totally read that as "Co-genital". (I was having a hard time figuring out what would why that would be a disability.) I need more school.

Types
A limb malformation is called a dysmelia. These include all forms of malformations of limbs, such as amelia, ectrodactyly, phocomelia, polymelia, polydactyly, syndactyly, polysyndactyly, oligodactyly, brachydactyly, achondroplasia, congenital aplasia or hypoplasia, amniotic band syndrome, and cleidocranial dysostosis.

Hope that clears things up

Seriously ... i have a son with mild ADD witch should sort under birth defects i reckon ... it's challenging at times so i can only wonder how tough it is to have a child that are hard core ADD, if so you have my deepest emphasis ...

I don't think so, actually. Nothing major, atleast. My grandmother and my mom have scoliosis, but I don't.

I'm probably a carrier though.

Some distant cousin; retardation induced by early childhood Water-on-the-brain.

One of my cousins is gay, does that count?

Nah just kidding. Nothing here... or at least that I know of. However, my dad's side of the family is pretty big, so I'm sure there's probably something out there I don't know of.

Death is not a disability. But thanks so much for taking the topic seriously.

Cousin of mine had childhood cancer which required numerous brain surgeries. I think he's now in his 30s and has the mentality of a 12 year old.

Yes, but not anymore. edit: Ok not immediate, but close enough.

I'm curious as to why you're asking. Especially since you haven't posted your situation yet.

Not trying to come across as a dick or anything, I'm just saying.
