there is a way.... but it will make you more susceptible to being shot.. if you search long enough youll find it.

SettingsManager.U32Set GSInterpolationTime 400

In-game, open up the console with ` or 'End'. Input that line as it is. I'm not sure if you have to input it every time, but I do it just for good measure. Finally, I found a purpose for my mouse's right mouse button. I set the right click to the magnify button. Right mouse was macro to activate night vision, but I always forgot. Now, I just right click and the line is inputted.
