no - the gl takes up the first perk, whereas the extra nades is a one time only perk. You can only have extra nades if you use that particular perk...
edit: in other words, you can use 2 gls because as far as the game is concerned, you have already had the first perk taken away from you, therefore any extra guns it just percieves as normal attachments
