Its not a cure, just an ad for one of a battery of drugs used to negate HIV's affects, nowhere on the ad does it say he's cured.

its called remission, certain diseases (including HIV) occasionally enter a state where they do not attack the body, and are difficult to detect, but can, and probably will, re-emerge later.
As stated earlier, a true cure for HIV would have won the Nobel Prize, and certainly wouldn't need to advertise.
The wording of the ad does make it essentially a scam (and a dangerous one at that) since HIV can be transmitted even when it is in remission.
