Thats not an F1 car, i'm willing to bet at that speed the deer would cause some sort of damage to the car too.

ya, it looks really fake the way the legs don't even move as it rotates in the air. but I once saw a car hit a deer at high speed. it wasnt a lightweight race car like this LMP or whatever, though. it was a mitsubishi 3000GT doing about a hundred. the deer looked more like a blanket as it was thrown some 20+ feet in the air, flailing about, somewhat like this fake vid. it landed somewhere in the forest off of the track (so none of us watching had a look at the remains). the car was largely undamaged because of the way the deer ramped off the hood. but the hood was pretty fucked and the engine was probably damaged. the valve covers were printed onto the hood.
