i just received a call on my cell phone from 117. i answered, but nobody said anything, and they hung up after about 5 seconds. who the fuck is calling me from 117?
isn't it something like 112, emergency number. Maybe they noticed you are the main source of the pollution in the area

When you get calls from Skype, they're usually 0123456789 or something like that or just UNKNOWN.

I had my aunt call me twice - exactly same prob both times.
She then rang on landline.
You never know who has skype.
