Wel in 1942 you opened the landing crafts doors with them, no idea what they are for now.
I have no friggin clue!
Maybe a beta thingy which never got into the retail version but they forgot to take it out.

I tried it in-game, nothing happened. I think they were for the LCACs that were removed. With the cover on, troops inside would be protected. With the cover off, they could bail and land on the battlefield.
For me, the punish and yes/no buttons are Pg Up and Pg Down.Tehremos wrote:

never noticed them.... but in Project Reality you can open close troop door landing ramp in British and PLA cargo heli, GG BlackSandStudios, not Dice
