Not really. It's a joke, and not a very good one at that. For an ad to be good it has to be clever, not just appealing to the lowest common denominator. In saying that, it's not bad just not great.

Also Budweiser sucks a fat one. It's got so much bloody rice in it you don't know if you've got a six pack or a sushi box.
