I like when the mob had the Pimp cornered and were about to kill him and he said... "give me a cigarette... I'm having a bad day..." priceless... not really a spoiler...

I kinda would want to know where the monster came from, and what brought it down finally. Great disaster scenes but not enough of them by far.Turquoise wrote:
I would have to agree. The whole thing seemed like lazy filmmaking to me.lowing wrote:
Ya think so really?? I didn't think it was all that great. Too much running camera and not enought monster disasterLT.Victim wrote:
I saw it earlier today..
I can see how people can relate it to 911...
Theres a part in the movie where some large sky scraper gets knocked down, and smoke and debris billows down the street like it did when the twin towers fell..
The movie has nothing to do with 911 really, just some of the images that are portrayed look like that of the events of 911
.. and for anyone that hasn't seen it, I highly recommend it, one of the best movies I've seen in a while..
Well in all fairness, there have been monsters eating cities long before 911. I think the big tragedy would be to stop making these films BECAUSE of 911. We have closed ranks and moved on......a good thingMek-Izzle wrote:
What about Heroes showing a nuke(man) taking out the entire fricking city. I'm sorry but 9/11 was 7 years ago. This is nothing but people trying to get some cash out of the movie somehow and using 9/11 for personal gain. The lowest of the low.
I wanna see this film though, never heard of it. Actually I think I saw a trailer for it when I went to watch I am Legend (zomg another New Yank City film where New Yank City is destroyed by Muslims)
The whole point of the movie isn't to give you closure. It's to keep you guessing. It's not like they're gonna skip from a first person via personal camera view to a third person view all of a sudden.lowing wrote:
