I just took a look on snakes modded highway tampa map, but it only 3 black hawks which we need is five.

Tournament has been delayed to the 19th and here are the two reasons
- Still need more people for the PLA team
- Boat Wars is on the same day and people who are on this tournament are also on the Fushee boat race
tournament.
