it is so that when women mention the pain of giving birth, we have a come back.
Natural, selection, those people who didnt find it painfull would not avoid it at all costs. If you dont avoid it you will be infertile and therefore not able to carry on the line.

It doesn't really hurt, it just cripples you really. For me atleast. I get this weird feeling in my stomach/hip and it prohibits me from moving.
