COD4 in xbox 360 is easier on my walllet . no computer upgrade to get 60fps .

therefore, the pc version is harder in multiplayer

although, other than smash bros and metroid prime, i havent played a console game in ages, so i dont really remember what it is like

I've played PC and 360 versions. I suck at console FPS' so I can't say much, but it was much easier for me to play on PC. That being said, a buddy of mine completely dominates the 360 version, as well as a few people I play online with. For me, PC FPS' are much simpler and more precise.

I can play just as well for some reason on the console as the PC when I am not tired of the consoles poor relative graphics.

CoD4 is the only console shooter I've ever been decent at.

Although I voted Xbox 360, I have to say, I heard about turrets being in the 360 version and have yet to see them in the PC version. So that in itself, with regards to taking out heli's, would have to help ease the 360 players.

Can anyone confirm if this is one of the differences in console vs. pc versions of this game?

Yup. I don't know what the deal is, but CoD4 is the third of only three console FPS games that felt like they got the controls right to me... The other two were Goldeneye/Perfect Dark back on the N64...
