You are correct. Unless they of course traded their pick away previously(before they knew they were going to suck). It's how the leauge stays competitive over the years.

This season yes but not Worst team ever. They did go a whole season without losing in the 1970's

exactly. I would say the Falcons, but out of reasons they really could not control. A lot of shit went wrong for them off the field this year, but the guys remaining played their hearts out.

The worst team ever was probably the Tampa Bay bucs when they went winless for a whole season.
