Exactly about the upbringing. My mother raised me good. I've been subject to porn and voilent games/movies since I was 10 but my parents raised me in a way that I know you don't go around irl killing pimps and having sex with every second woman.Rod Foxx wrote:

As far as women being seen as an object, many men/boys still have this opinion regardless of porn or anything else. I vote for upbringing (sp?) on inducing this opinion. The parents are responsible for that. Just like protecting children from porn if that's their opinion.
Meh. It won't affect my life drastically. No children FTW!!!

basically internet is becoming shitter and shitter as years pass. Some years ago Internet was very cool, you could do everything, download, watch what you wanted, etc. WTF all those restrictions?? I feel what gonna happen to australians IS gonna happen for everyone in the world. Freedom and Democracy are a nice utopeia. What will be the next step? you'll have to write a list of all websites you wish to get on and send it to a special government section to be able to get on some websites legally if they agree to let you go on them (ofc)? or ''they'' will just put more ''protections'', in an obvious goal, using fake excuses like all government do actually... propaganda ftw I say.Dragonclaw wrote:

AUSTRALIANS will be forced to contact their internet service provider to avoid having their access to the web restricted.
The restrictions are planned by the Federal Government to give greater protection to children from online pornography and violent websites.
Under the plan, all internet service providers will be required to provide a "clean" feed to households and schools, free of pornography and other inappropriate material.
Any internet users who want to "opt out" of the clean feed will have to contact their ISP.

What we might be seing soon with society will be over-censorship, alongside under-censorship of other forms of media (TV, Movies, etc.)Sup3r_Dr4gon wrote:
Man, what a crock of shit. If people would just be good parents and supervise their children we wouldn't have to have this.
