Right, you could call this an exploit, but I just call it an 'advantage'.
As far as I know, it only works on PS3, but you could try on PC...?
Go on Hardcore mode, use M16 + Stopping Power. When you go for someone, aim to the side of them, click fire, and drag the sights across them. Regardless of whether the bullets hit or not, it will kill them.
I have tried this many times, with a ~95% success rate.
