wtf with all the padding servers

i have been playing this game for a while now.
yep 1942 bf2 and 2142

has anyone looked through the server list lately there are like 20 to 30 "padding" server listed

i admit that i have used a padding server for repair points and driver assist but come on

any other people have thoughts idea's

that is ok but then why have stats for the game? isn't part of the fun of the game to get that snare drum roll :p

i made it on karkand with two friends, the old expert with 25 repair points. 64map, around 12 players playing. map took forever :
