Depends what gun and what your playing style is. I always shoot in short bursts so I prefer stopping power. But for rushing and spraying, double tap is better.
depends on the weapon, P90 I would say double tap and AK-47 I would say stopping power for example.
Stopping, for high recoil, double tap for low recoil.
For Semi-Auto Stopping Power - Full-Auto Double Tap
Stopping power with G3 or M14 is the shit.

Double tap. I only play HC, sooooo yeah. 1 shot is usually enough.

I've never used anything except stopping power now that I think about it. UAV jammer for my stealth class, but that's pretty much it.
